PTO fundraisers, end-of-year teacher gifts, classroom parties, after-prom concessions — popcorn is the fundraiser with zero inventory risk because every bag is cooked to order. We ship the bags pre-portioned for the booth or pre-bundled as teacher-room gifts. Net-30 invoicing for schools, no upcharge for the packaging.

Pick a tier — we have shipped popcorn to all of them.

Bag counts are a starting point; we tweak up or down once you tell us the guest count and whether the bags are favors (smaller) or concessions (heavier). Mix two tiers if the event lands between them — we do it all the time.

Small~30 bags

25–75 guests

Favor bags, classroom parties, pop-up booths, intimate receptions.

Mid~100 bags

75–250 guests

Corporate receptions, school fundraisers, after-parties, awards nights.

Large~300 bags

250–1,000+ guests

Per-bag price

Quoted by menu and volume.
Pricing depends on the flavor mix, the bag size, and the total volume. Smaller orders (25–75 bags) price higher per bag; mid and large tiers drop materially. Every quote is hand-built, no canned price sheet.

Lead time

Four weeks minimum.
We cook and ship from Marana AZ. Give us four weeks so the kettle scheduling, the bag run, and the freight all line up. Rush orders under four weeks are quoted case-by-case — most of the time we can do it, not always.

Shipping

Marana AZ to anywhere in the US.
Cook-to-order, hand-portioned, double-bagged, and shipped via UPS or freight. Local Tucson and Marana drops can be hand-delivered. Custom menus (kosher-only, dairy-free, nut-aware) on request — ask in the notes.

Quotes are ready within one business day of the inquiry. We hand-draw a timeline — venue load-in window, kettles, bag run, ship day — so nothing about the Friday-of-the-event is a surprise.
