How fast does a bag ship, and where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental US, every Tuesday and Friday from our Marana kitchen. The bag is typically popped and on its way within 24 hours of leaving the kettle, and most orders land in a mailbox three to five days after that. Right now we ship to all fifty states and we're holding there on Alaska and Hawaii — write us if you'd like to be the reason we change that.

How fresh are the bags when they arrive?

A Ry's bag never sits in a warehouse. We pop in small runs of about thirty pounds at a time, glaze them, and they go out the same week — often the same day. The fresher the bag, the louder the crunch; that is the whole point. If a batch snaps wrong, we toss it before it ever gets bagged.

Question 3

Do any flavors contain common allergens — nuts, dairy, gluten?

Accepted Answer

Yes to a few. Our White Cheddar is dusted with real Wisconsin white cheddar — a daily dairy allergen — and the kettle is shared with butter and a brown-butter caramel reduction. The caramel glazes are wheat- and nut-free, but they share equipment with everything else. The kettle is not a certified allergen-free line — write us at rys-snacks@polsia.app if it matters for you, and we will tell you exactly which flavors fit.

Question 4

Can you do gift tins, corporate boxes, or wedding favors?

Accepted Answer

All three, and yes. We do custom flavor mixes, branded packaging, and tiered pricing for events — typically a ten-guest minimum and about two weeks of lead time. Rush? Just ask; we have pulled off three-day turnarounds when the kettle cooperates. Drop us a note through the contact page and we will sketch out a quote the same morning.

What flavors are on the line, and how often do they rotate?

Accepted Answer

Eight flavors, hand-tinted every batch so no two weeks are exactly alike. The regulars are Caramel (the original, brown-butter, sea-salt finish), Rainbow (birthday-cake, hand-tinted), Tutti-Frutti, Dill Pickle, White Cheddar, Blue Berry, Sour Cream & Chives, and a Caramel Apple that goes louder in the fall. Flavors rotate with the season — Blue Berry fades in summer, the apple pops up — and we drop a note on the home page when something new hits the kettle. Want a custom blend for an event?
