Birthday-cake vibes, hand-tinted every batch.
Rainbow.
Birthday-cake-glazed popcorn, hand-tinted with food colors I actually like the smell of. Loud on purpose. Kids go for it first, and most adults come back the next morning and order a second bag for themselves.
Rainbow is the kettle that turned my kitchen into a candy aisle. The glaze is the same brown-butter base as the Caramel, with cake-batter and a touch of vanilla — what makes it is the hand-tint. I stir the colors in by eye, no two weeks match exactly. If the batch goes too purple, I toss it and start over.
Hand-glazed in Marana
Cooked in small runs — pulled the second the kettle tilts right, then hand tossed in a copper bowl before the bag leaves the kitchen.
