Real cheese dust. No orange-cap mystery powder.
White Cheddar.
Real Wisconsin white cheddar ground in the back of the kitchen, dusted on while the popcorn is still warm. No flavor-house catalog, no mystery orange-cap powder. The bag you grab when you want savory that tastes like cheese, not like a cheese-flavored idea.
White Cheddar was the first savory I added to the line, and it is still the one I am pickiest about. The cheese dust has to be ground the same week it goes on the bag β pre-ground cheese dust goes flat in a month. I grind in the back of the kitchen, dust while the popcorn is still warm, and shake the bag twice so the coating is even. It is the savory bag I would keep on my shelf.
Hand-glazed in Marana
Cooked in small runs β pulled the second the kettle tilts right, then hand tossed in a copper bowl before the bag leaves the kitchen.
