Sour cream & chives was the flavor I built to win over a friend who said no to every bag I handed her. The base is a sour-cream-infused butter, gently reduced so it does not break, and the chives are cut that morning. It is the most finicky kettle on the line — pull it too late and it goes flat. When it is right, it is the bag that wins over the most stubborn popcorn skeptic I know.
